As a Registered Nurse for 21 years and with over 22 years in Health Care, Kerry has seen the effects of stress on patients, their caregivers and fellow Nurses. She has had a passion all of her life in the areas of wellness, self-improvement and the mind-body-spirit connection. She has a special interest in helping others with practical and spiritual practices that awaken and inspire personal growth and self discovery. Kerry's classes and programs are for people who want to create more presence and connection in their daily life... open to the calm and clarity within...learn how to energize their intentions and awaken connection to spirit.
Kerry teaches a gentle - moderate intensity Hatha Yoga style with a focus on cultivating personal growth, allowing space in class to slow down and experience Yoga and integrating Yoga into everyday life. Kerry has been practicing Yoga for many years, but it was her own experience with stress and burnout that led her to deepening her practice and sharing the transformational power of Yoga with others. Her classes are eclectic and draw from many holistic paths. Kerry's classes are less focused on strict book "alignment" and focused more on making things work in YOUR body. Kerry is known for her motivational and light hearted approach to Yoga, Life & Wellness. She has a passion for self-transformation and living with passion and purpose.
Kerry has continued her Yoga studies with J. Brown (based in New York / workshops in Boston)
*Kerry completed a 9 Month deep immersion and training in Shamanic Journeywork in 2017
She is continuing the study and practice of Shamanic Work expanding and deepening along that path.

Olivia Evans Yoga Teacher, Reiki Level 2
Olivia began practicing yoga in 2008 and immediately fell in love. Her less traditional path of training started with completing a 480-hour internship in 2012 under Maggie Fiorella Winter, OTR/L RYT 200. She has since continued her yoga education under nationally and internationally renowned teachers Timothy McCall, Lauren Toolin, Seane Corn, Liz Owen, and Amy Ippoliti. In 2011, she participated in a year-long service project through Off the Mat, Into the World, raising significant funds and awareness for rescue and rehabilitation of sex trafficking survivors in India. In 2013, her undergraduate thesis, Prenatal Yoga's Effects on Women's Sleep, Pain, Mindfulness, Stress & Mood won Endicott College's Andler Thesis Award in Psychology. She was the manager of a start-up yoga studio in Haverhill MA and taught over 20 classes per week, ranging from kids to flow to restorative. She was a Contributing Writer for Sivana Spirit & has been featured as a "Spotlight" for FitProNow's online blog. Olivia’s classes focus on breath and are grounded in the belief: “breathe and everything changes”.
Malvika Sharma LL.M. RYT-200 Reiki 2
Malvika was born and raised in a family of Ayurveda and Yoga practitioners in New Delhi, India. She started practicing Yoga at an early age of 5, at school as well as at home. Her main areas of practice and studies have been in Hatha & Kundalini Yoga including Pranayama and meditation. Despite being an active attorney in Delhi, she continued her Yoga practice and studies under the scholars of Vedic Gurukul and Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan in India. She moved to the United States in 2013 and has recently completed her RYT-200 certification from The Yoga Loft in Wilmington, MA. Her teaching interests lie in Restorative, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga, along with Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and meditation. She is dedicated towards developing the Yogic techniques which benefit in exploring one's highest physical and mental potential. She considers Yoga as a calling in her life and sharing her knowledge/experiences as her dharma. She believes Yoga to be a life long study and thus, continues to educate herself on Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Raja Yoga, Ayurveda, and Yoga Sutras.
She holds a valid CPR/AED Certification.
Apart from Yoga, she likes cooking, spending time with her family, designing jewelry, writing fashion and yoga blogs, and managing her business brand Cosmikana - which promotes handicraft work done by the artisans of India.
Kristin Rydzewski, RYT-200, Reiki 1
Kristin has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and was inspired to deepen her knowledge by becoming a registered yoga teacher in 2018. She is drawn to Restorative, Yin and Hatha yoga styles which have personally helped her in the past both mentally and physically with stressful work conditions and long commutes when she worked in the biotech industry in Cambridge, MA. Working in front of a computer all day she understands how much tension a person can hold in their neck and shoulders and how beneficial yoga can be to help release tension from the body and to mentally let go of your day. Kristin is a voracious reader and has been immersing herself in various wellness and personal growth topics over the last several years. When Kristin is not on the mat practicing yoga she is an avid golfer and volleyball player and appreciates the benefits yoga has brought to her in these other activities. Kristin is starting this September and settling into a regular Wednesday 7 pm Class you will LOVE!

Roberta Whitney, RYT 500, MA, Reiki Master
Roberta enjoys teaching Yoga philosophy and special classes. She works as a Spiritual Director locally and is a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and compassion. As a Spiritual Director, she works with groups and individuals to support personal development and spiritual growth through various modalities including Yoga, Authentic Movement, the Enneagram and Focusing. Roberta's classes are often themed and connect yoga with life and nature... Roberta will beautifully guide and support your practice wherever you are... She leads a supportive, peaceful class while gently strengthening the mind and body. **Roberta has had to move out of state this summer 2018, but will be back to visit I am sure at some time!
Sue Medeiros RYT 500, Y12SR Certified, Reiki 2
Sue has been practitioner of yoga for over fifteen years. Her constant dedication to her yoga discipline led her through a major life transition and this inspired Sue to teach yoga to others. Sue currently teaches at various studios in Central, MA and looks forward to bringing an assortment of workshops and special events to Life Balance Yoga & Wellness! Sue brought us a summer series of classes here and will return for workshops, retreats and special events.
Laura Paine RYT, Reiki 2
Laura is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, with prenatal yoga and Reiki II certifications. Her yoga journey began when she wanted to find ways to better manage her chronic illnesses, connect and make peace with her body. Her decision to become a teacher and intuitive energy worker comes from the strong desire – and intention – to assist others looking to grow, heal and find their way on their own life paths. Laura's yoga classes are specifically geared toward relaxation, creating space for the connective tissue and joints, and are infused with Reiki and intuitive energy work for anyone who wishes to receive it.
While yoga and Reiki help to fill her up, she is a full-time global public relations and analyst relations manager for a cybersecurity company. Her non-yoga passions include cooking and eating, writing, snuggling up with her Chihuahua and spending time with the people she loves.

Susan Wells, CYT
Susan has a passion for health and wellness and has been an avid participant of all types of exercise for over 25 years. She has led community walking groups and is always looking for ways to have fun with movement. She began practicing yoga in 2000 and earned her Yoga certification in 2008. She looks forward to meeting you and sharing with you her love of life and yoga.
Amy Martin, E-RYT, Reiki 2
Amy has been teaching Hatha Yoga and Meditation since 2010. She is certified to teach yoga for seniors and children as well as chakra and restorative yoga. Amy particularly loves teaching people new to Yoga and sharing her love of meditation. She leads her classes through a much-loved progressive meditation for deep relaxation. She is a lead teacher at a Yoga Teacher Training program specializing in meditation, energy anatomy and yoga for PTSD.
